日本エア・リキード合同会社（社⻑ 兼 CEO ヴィルジニー・キャヴァリ ）は、各種産業ガスの販売価格を改定させていただきます。
2022年1月1日出荷分より、原油や液化天然ガス等の輸入価格が上昇していることによる電力料金の上昇、また、ドライバー人件費・輸送費および鋼材費の上昇にともなうローリー車両や液化ガス貯槽等のコスト圧迫のため、お客様に価格改定をお願いさせていただいておりました。
しかしながら、2022年1月以降も電力料金や輸送費等の上昇は継続しており、この急速かつ大幅な各種費用の上昇は、弊社企業努力だけでは補えない状況となっております。
つきましては、2022年5月1日出荷分より改めて価格改定をお願いすることに致しました。
また、併せまして、電力料金及び運送料金の変動を反映し、透明性のある価格を設定した市況変動制を導入してまいります。
お客様には高品質な製品とサービスを安定的にお届けするために必要な施策であることのご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
１．対象製品
①酸素、窒素、アルゴン （ローリー製品）
②一般産業ガス・混合ガス (シリンダー、LGC)
２．改定時期：2022年5月1日より
Price Revision of Industrial Gases
Air Liquide Japan G.K. (President and CEO Virginie Cavalli) will revise the selling prices of various industrial gases.
For our deliveries subsequent to January 1, 2022, we have asked our customers for a price revision due to the increase in electricity rates caused by the rise in import prices of crude oil and liquefied natural gas, as well as taking into account, pressure on costs for lorry trucks and liquefied gas storage tanks caused by the rise in driver labor costs, transportation costs and steel material costs.
However, electricity cost and transportation costs have continued to rise since January 2022, and this significant rise in overall costs can not be further compensated by our internal efforts.
In light of these circumstances, we regret to inform you that we will be revising the prices of our products again from May 1, 2022. At the same time, we will introduce an indexation formula which reflects the fluctuations of electricity cost and transportation costs.
We hope you will understand that these measures are necessary as we continue to ensure our continued stable delivery of high quality products and services.
